Cipla Foundation, the exclusive philanthropic arm of the Company, collaborates with reputed institutions, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), government agencies and domain experts to enhance the outreach of its CSR initiatives.
We believe that our inclusive approach has two-fold benefits –

Palliative Care
Palliative care recognises that the challenges faced by a person with a serious illness are not just confined to the disease alone. It acknowledges that there is pain and other symptoms related to the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of both patients and their caregivers. The goal of palliative care is to provide the best possible quality of life at every stage of all serious illnesses.
We are committed to increasing access to palliative care services across the country by partnering with government, non-governmental and community-based organisations to provide direct palliative care services to patients and increase awareness about palliative care. We are also working with partners to develop standards for palliative care service delivery to provide quality of care to patients and caregivers.
We envision a world where no one with a serious illness suffers from pain or other symptoms or feels alone; where each day is filled with comfort and support for both patients and their families.
