is our flagship campus hiring program, aimed at attracting top talent from premier institutes across the country. We have young talent joining the management and technical cadre, across roles in our corporate teams, sales, technical operations, and R&D functions.
Structured campus hiring entails a meticulously-planned approach, encompassing focussed campus visits during designated periods through the year, aligning with the predetermined business requirements for the hiring season.
ALIVE Young Managers Program (YMP)
The program nurtures young talent hired from Top B-schools across the country and provides opportunities in critical managerial roles. The six month long experiential learning journey enables them to get exposure across functions at Cipla, and builds a strong foundation for their future growth.
ALIVE Summer Internship Program
The summer internship program provides an opportunity for first-year MBA graduates to work on real-time projects, be mentored by best-in-class industry leaders, and live the Cipla culture. We hire summer interns across functions and provide them with pre-placement interviews and offers.
ALIVE Tech Campus Program
This is a robust program for engineering and science graduates to explore the TechOps in our organisation. The young talent gets an opportunity to understand our manufacturing plants (Production and Quality) and Integrated Product Development (R&D centre) as they accelerate their careers.
CA Campus Program
The CA Campus Program involves the hiring of CA freshers (rankers and first attempts) and CA Industrial Trainees from ICAI campus interactions. The program takes place twice a year for certain roles in our Finance domain, and offers opportunities to learn through on-the-job training and boost career growth.

Internships
Hiring beyond gender: Internship opportunities for candidates with differential abilities. We have partnered with TEACH (Training and Educational Centre for Hearing Impaired) to provide their students an opportunity to work on key projects in the HR, IT and Finance teams.
Live Projects
An opportunity to work on real-time projects, for management and technical roles, with PPO/PPI opportunity. We partner with select campuses across the country, and offer students the opportunity to learn on the job and be trained by remarkable professionals.
Cipla Ascend – B-School Case Study Competition
A live Business Case Competition where the brightest young minds have an opportunity to work on key business problems for Cipla, provide unique perspectives and innovative solutions, and get a chance to grab Pre-Placement Interview opportunities. It is an immersive experience for participants to know more about Cipla and begin their career in the pharmaceutical world.
In the highly anticipated Season 2 of the competition, we witnessed an overwhelming response with over 5,000 enthusiastic registrations and more than 1,200 outstanding submissions from the top 14 B-Schools across the country.
